Charu Thapar

Charu is Executive Vice President at Brookfield Properties in India, bringing over three decades of real estate experience, including more than 25 years in asset and property management across India and the Asia Pacific region. At Brookfield, as Head of Operations and CRM, Charu oversees all aspects of our property operations. In addition, she will oversee tenant relationship management, drive operational excellence, lead overall CAM and Converge Management. She also leads the expansion of the COWRKS business. Previously, Charu held senior leadership roles at JLL, serving as Executive Director for Asia Pacific, where she handled strategy, operations, and the rollout of new technology platforms, she was also the Head of Property and Asset management business across India, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia with a portfolio of over 650 million square feet and a team of 4,000+.
